OPUS HUB MARKETPLACE POLICIES

1. LISTING INFORMATION

Please review the full Marketplace listing before purchase. Product images, included contents, permissions, dimensions, land impact, compatibility notes, and setup requirements are stated on the individual listing wherever applicable.

The individual product listing takes priority when it provides product-specific terms, instructions, permissions, or limitations.

2. MARKETPLACE DELIVERY

Marketplace purchases are delivered through Second Life Marketplace Direct Delivery.

After purchase, please check your Received Items folder and Marketplace order history before requesting support. If an item appears to be missing, please relog once and allow inventory time to refresh.

For delivery help, send a notecard to [SUPPORT AVATAR] containing:
• Your avatar name
• The exact product name
• Approximate purchase date
• Marketplace order number or transaction details
• A short description of the problem

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Support is provided for the original product as delivered and for clearly documented delivery, setup, or content issues.

Please use a notecard rather than an IM whenever possible. Notecards do not get lost when the store owner is offline and allow us to review the full issue accurately.

Support does not include rebuilding or customizing a product after it has been modified by the customer, another creator, or a third-party script or asset.

4. REFUNDS AND DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Second Life products are digital goods. Sales are final once delivery has completed.

Opus Hub will review the following on a case-by-case basis:
• Documented accidental duplicate purchases of the same product by the same avatar
• Confirmed Marketplace delivery failures after normal retrieval steps have been attempted
• A genuinely missing item or advertised component

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, purchasing the wrong item or version, failure to read a listing, products purchased for an unsupported use, or compatibility limitations that were clearly described before purchase.

Where a remedy is appropriate, Opus Hub may provide redelivery, a corrected replacement, store credit, or an L$ refund to the purchasing avatar.

5. PERMISSIONS, LICENSING, AND REDISTRIBUTION

Always follow the permission settings and license stated on the individual listing.

Unless a listing explicitly grants a full-permission or merchant license, Opus Hub products may not be:
• Resold, redistributed, gifted as a standalone product, or placed in a reseller pack
• Shared with another avatar outside the permissions granted by Second Life
• Repackaged as templates, kits, components, or starter products
• Extracted, copied, or distributed as textures, meshes, scripts, animations, or other standalone assets
• Used to create competing products derived substantially from the original asset

Copy and modify permissions do not by themselves grant resale or redistribution rights.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND BACKUPS

Where modify permissions are included, you are welcome to adapt the product for your own Second Life use within the product license.

Please make a backup before modifying any item. Opus Hub support covers the original delivered version, not customer-modified versions.

7. UPDATES

When a product receives an update, the Marketplace listing will identify the current version or revision where practical. Updated products may be redelivered through Marketplace order history when available.

Major redesigns, separate expansions, new product lines, and custom work are not automatically included with an earlier purchase unless the listing expressly says so.

8. CUSTOM WORK AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Custom work, texture variants, resizes, branding changes, and bespoke commissions are considered separately from Marketplace purchases. No custom service is implied by the purchase of a standard Marketplace item.

9. PLATFORM RULES

All customers and store activity remain subject to the Second Life Terms of Service, Community Standards, Marketplace rules, and applicable maturity requirements. Opus Hub may decline support or service for requests that would require a breach of those rules.
